Q1: The camera is not connected to the PC

Possible reasons

1. Drivers are not correctly installed

2. USB connnection is not stable

Solutions

1. Run .bat setup file

2. Reconnect USB cable and reset the camera

Q2: The USB connection status is “USB 2.0”

Possible reasons

USB connection is not stable

USB driver is not installed

Plug USB cable into 2.0 port

Solutions

Confirm the USB3.0 driver had been installed

Reconnect the cable and reset the camera

Q3: Camera can’t image properly

Possible reasons

Camera is interfered by external or has internal fault

Solutions

Let camera away from any interference source or perform some shielding processes

Q4: Bat files can not run after SDK installation
